Male Models Share Diet and Exercise Tips

They might not be as famous as their female counterparts, but if there’s anyone who knows what it takes to stay in shape, it’s male models. These handsome fellas model everything from suits to jeans to underwear, and they make them all look good. How do they stay slim and trim for their next photo shoot? Here are a few fitness tips from top male models.

Exercise everyday

The top male models have workout routines that are strikingly similar to professional athletes, even though they pose for pictures for a living. Weightlifting and cardio helps them shape their chiseled torsos, while diet helps them lose unwanted lbs before a big show or photo shoot.

For obvious reasons, the average person cannot work out like a male model. But they can exercise at least once a day, even if it’s only for a few minutes. A few pushups in the morning, crunches after lunch, and  a run after dinner is more than enough exercise than the average person needs. The key is to do it each and every day.

Do it on your own

As much as we might love technology, we don’t need it to help us stay in shape.  The old standbys like running, jumping rope, and doing a few pull-ups provide the perfect mix of muscular and cardio exercises.
