Five Simple Keys to Weight Loss

There are five simple guidelines to live by if you want to achieve your weight loss goals. Erin Oprea, a personal trainer of many celebrities, stresses that focusing on your water, sodium, starches, sugar, and alcohol intake will help you attain your results. Pairing these weight loss tips with a medical weight loss program is a recipe for success. Oprea stresses that you should drink 80 to 100 ounces of water a day. Dehydration is often mistaken for hunger. Increasing your water intake will prevent bloating as well as preventing you from overeating. On the contrary, reducing your alcohol intake will also help you hit your goals. Alcohol is empty calories so aim to limit yourself to two drinks a week.
