To qualify for the guarantee, patient must follow the below criteria : 

1. Come into the clinic for each scheduled monthly appointment.
2. Take prescribed medication as recommended by your physician.
3. Take prescribed natural supplements as recommended by your physician.
4. Sign up for our weight loss programs for a minimum 6-month term.
5. Offer is good for new patients only during your initial 6-month treatment.

Dr. G's WeightLoss and Wellness members who do not lose a minimum of 30 pounds in 6 months will receive ONLY one free month of our medical program and medication.
