Dr. G’s Weight Loss & Wellness, a rapidly expanding company that was recently named one of America’s “Top 25 Franchises” by Franchise.com, has opened its newest Office in Jupiter. Located at 901W. Indiantown Road, Suite 12,Dr. G’s will celebrate its grand opening on Tuesday, June 26, from 5-7 p.m. !e cocktail reception and ribbon-cutting ceremony are free to attend, with an added perk — all attendees will receive 50 percent o” the Dr. G’s Weight Loss & Wellness program. Office owners Tanya and Michael Lee, who recently bought a house in Jupiter, said they look forward to becoming an integral part of the Northern Palm Beach County business community.

“It’s just an unbelievable business opportunity for us, to change people’s lives,” said Tanya Lee, who lost 37 pounds herself after giving birth to her 8-year-old twins, Lexi and Reagan. “And we’re excited to immerse ourselves in the community.” The Lees, who are both airlines pilots, have two other children — Michael, 11, and Sam, 19. Tanya Lee flies to Brazil on weekends, but she said Dr. G’s allows her to “be on the ground” with her four children the remainder of the time.

Dr. G’s Weight Loss & Wellness, founded by Dr. Charles Goldsmith in 1994, offers sensible, medically supervised weight loss programs that help individuals achieve optimal health. Since the South Florida-based company launched franchising in August 2010, Dr. G’s Weight Loss & Wellness now has a total of 62 Offices open or under development in nine countries.

Chief Operating Officer Charlotte Russell said the company will continue expanding throughout Florida, Central America, and South America. “It’s a great business model, to be able to change people’s lives,” Russell said.
